Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days.

We use USPS First Class and Priority Mail as our shipping services.

Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

At the moment we ship to the United States ONLY. We will explore international shipping in the future, but the nature of our products makes this difficult.

*HOT ZONE SHIPPING*
(June, July, August):

Due to the heat in the summer months, candles or wax melts can melt during transit if the package is left to sit in a hot truck over the weekend.

To prevent this, we will only ship our products Monday-Wednesday if we believe heat will be a problem with your order. We will also ship your item(s) with frozen gel packs to help prevent this from happening, and contact you to let you know if we believe this will be an issue with your order.
