My Account and My Orders
Do I need to create an account before purchasing an item?
No, an account is not required to make a purchase on Candle Cubby.
How can I place my order?
Select the item you wish to purchase, then click on the “Add to Cart” button. You can also choose the quantity of the item you wish to purchase from the product page or in the cart.
How can I get information on a product?
Clicking on an item will take you to the product page which will display all the desired information about the product, such as scent, weight, and wax type.
How do I know what is in my shopping cart?
You can click the “Shopping Cart” icon on the top right of the screen at any time while shopping. It displays every item you have added to your cart, along with the chosen quantity and price.
How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
Click on the “Shopping Cart” on the top right of your screen, and from there you can modify the quantity of items as well as remove them by clicking the trash can icon or clicking the down arrow next to the quantity number. By default, every product added is a quantity of 1.
How do I modify the quantity of a product in my shopping cart?
Click on the “Shopping Cart” at the top right of your screen, and type in your desired quantity or click the up arrow next to the quantity number.
Are my bank details secured?
Absolutely. Transactions are securely processed with Shopify Secure Checkout

How long can I burn my candle for?
Do not burn a candle for longer than 4 hours.
Can I leave my candle or wax melt unattended?
No, you should only burn a candle or melt a wax melt within sight.
Do I need to trim the candle wick?
Trim the wick ¼ inch before lighting
How do I melt my wax melt?
Only melt your wax melt in tea-light warmers or UL listed electric warmers approved for wax melts. Read and follow all instructions provided with your warmer before use.
When do I know when to stop using my candle or wax melt?
- Candle: Discontinue use when only ¼ inch of wax remains
- Wax Melt: Discontinue use when dish contains less than ½ inch of wax
Where can I burn my candle or melt my wax melt?
In well ventilated areas away from flammable materials and on a level, fire resistant surface.
